Classes / Programs
Children can experience the thrill of gymnastics with us by simply being booked in online.
Below are a list of classes and programs that we offer throughout the year.
FreePlay & KinderGym
FreePlay is perfect for children aged walkers-5yrs, who just are looking to explore the world around them without the commitment of a structured class.
KinderGym provides a more structured learning experience for children 2-5 years emphasizing on gross motor skills, agility and spatial awareness.
GymStarz is West Coast's very own program which gives children an opportunity to further advance their skills learnt from GymSkills or AcroFun.
Children are usually invited into this program once they've demonstrated a minimum skill level as well as strength, focus and flexibility.
Our competitive programs are purely by invitation only and cannot be booked online. Athletes undergo an assessment prior to being selected to join one of our many squad programs:
MAG or WAG Squads (National)
MAG or WAG Squads (State)
ACRO Squads (National)
WAG Squad (InterClub)
School Holiday Programs
Join us every school holidays for gymnastics-based fun, games and activities sure to delight both beginner and intermediate levels, boys and girls aged 4-12yrs.
Starting at 9am and finishing at 3pm no day is the same! Just bring their water bottle, morning tea and lunch and we'll do the rest.
GymFun is our most sought after gymnastics program for children aged 4-7 years and is a great stepping stone into all our other programs.
This program has a focus on the fundamental movement patterns that will help kids to then progress into more advanced skills or activities.
Held at the Senior Gym, these sessions give the opportunity for adults, of all abilities to get fit, plus work on their strength, flexibility and skill set.
Or, some just come to jump on the in-ground trampoline which has a foam pit. Either way, it's definitely worth coming to check out!
All bookings and requests for trials must be done online via the Customer Portal (or the iclass pro app). Please refer to our Customer Portal page if you are unsure how to create an account.
As we do not run with school terms, classes run from January to December, meaning that memberships continue throughout the year.
Classes are billed monthly in advance.
We do offer a pause on accounts and hold your child's spot should you wish to go on holidays or simply take some time off for personal reasons. We must be given 4 week's written notice for this to be effective and billed to you correctly.
All athletes must be registered with the club. This is a once per year fee and is separate to the class tuition fees. Registration fees include membership to the club, affiliation with Gymnastics WA, registration on to Gymnastics Australia's national database and Personal Accident Insurance. This fee is non refundable.
